The Holsman Children’s Therapy Center is our dedicated pediatric office in Fair Lawn, Bergen County. Children from birth to age 21 come here for physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy under one roof, so families can coordinate care across disciplines without driving between offices.

Our Sensory Gym & Multi-Sensory Room
Our Fair Lawn center was built for children. The sensory gym has a climbing wall, monkey bars, a climbing net, suspended swings, crash pads, tunnels and soft mats, so therapists can provide the movement, balance and heavy-work input many children need. The multi-sensory room is a calm space with bubble tubes, fiber-optic lights and soft seating, used to help children regulate, focus and engage.

- Evaluation. A licensed therapist evaluates your child and talks with you about goals.
- A written plan. You get clear goals, a recommended schedule and activities to try at home.
- Play-based sessions. Your child works toward those goals in the sensory gym and therapy rooms, and we review progress with you regularly.
