Mr. Luna brings over 28 years of clinical experience to the Bronx (E 180th St) clinic. A certified Manual Therapist, he earned his Physical Therapy degree from the University of Perpetual Help System–Dalta and has built a career on hands-on, results-driven care for orthopedic and sports-related conditions. He is fluent in English and Tagalog, allowing him to serve patients in both languages.

Dr. Desai is a Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS) — one of only 78 NCS-certified PTs in New Jersey at the time of her certification. She earned her DPT from Temple University and specializes in complex neurological rehabilitation.

Dr. Mistry combines clinical expertise with a background in healthcare administration. She specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, and functional mobility improvement, bringing a personalized, evidence-based approach to every patient.

Dr. Mistry earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana, an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Goldey-Beacom College, an MS in Exercise and Rehabilitation Science from Brooklyn College (CUNY), and her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in India. A certified yoga instructor, she blends hands-on manual therapy with mindful movement. Outside the clinic, she loves cooking vegetarian food.

Jessica is a bilingual occupational therapist with a Master of Occupational Therapy from Misericordia University. She brings a diverse clinical background in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, acute care, and geriatric therapy, with a special interest in hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder injuries, as well as balance disorders. Fluent in English and Spanish, Jessica is committed to providing individualized, culturally responsive care that reflects each patient's unique needs, goals, and daily demands. She combines tailored therapeutic activities, adaptive strategies, and activity modification to help patients reduce pain, rebuild strength, restore confidence, and safely return to the activities that matter most to them.

Outside the clinic, Jessica is a mom of two and a lifelong endurance athlete. She has competed in multiple Ironman triathlons, including the Ironman 70.3 World Championship, and completed the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon while five months pregnant. Her personal experience balancing athletics, family, and everyday responsibilities reinforces her belief that meaningful participation in life's many roles is at the heart of occupational therapy. Jessica is passionate about helping every patient return to their own occupations, whether that means working, caring for family, pursuing hobbies, or simply enjoying daily life, to the fullest extent possible.

Dr. Santiago earned her DPT from Arcadia University and is a certified LSVT clinician — a specialized certification particularly beneficial for patients with Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders. She is a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) and is FCE certified through OccuPro and the Holsman FCE program, performing functional capacity evaluations for workers' compensation and return-to-work cases. She is licensed as a physical therapist in both New Jersey and New York and treats older adults for balance, mobility, and age-related conditions. She also sees patients at home through Holsman House Calls, our in-home therapy service. She is recognized for her expertise in wellness, injury prevention, and evidence-based rehabilitation.

Brandon is a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) — an advanced credential requiring demonstrated expertise in upper extremity rehabilitation from shoulder to hand. He specializes in treating complex shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand conditions, as well as ADL impairments affecting daily function.

Brandon earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Occupational Therapy from the University of Scranton.

Rodgie earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Manila Central University in the Philippines and is a licensed physical therapist in both New York and New Jersey. She provides outpatient and in-home physical therapy, treating a wide range of orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, and geriatric conditions. Her approach is hands-on and individualized, with an emphasis on manual therapy, lower-extremity rehabilitation, balance training, strengthening, and functional mobility, helping patients regain confidence and independence in their daily activities.

Before Holsman she practiced at the International Medical Center Hospital in Jeddah, a 300-bed multidisciplinary hospital, treating orthopedic, cardiac and neurological patients.

Fernando earned his BS in Physical Therapy from Far Eastern University – Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation and trained at the Philippine Heart Center in cardiovascular and neurological rehabilitation. Dr. Dela Pena earned his BS in Physical Therapy from the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University. With more than a decade of clinical experience, he focuses on reducing pain, rehabilitating injuries and restoring mobility with carefully tailored treatment plans. Licensed in both New Jersey and New York, he has a special interest in geriatric rehabilitation and fall prevention.

Dr. Rojas earned his bachelor's in physical therapy from the University of Santo Tomas, pursued neuromuscular and manipulative therapy certifications, and completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Arcadia University. He has treated athletes, seniors and home health patients across a wide range of settings, including a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in upstate New York and the sidelines of a youth basketball program in Manila. He also worked as a research assistant on two fall-prevention studies, including a randomized controlled trial with The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the University of Santo Tomas.

Dr. Tabuada earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana and her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Iligan Medical Center College in the Philippines. She brings over 20 years of outpatient experience treating neurological, orthopedic, post-surgical and chronic conditions, with a special focus on older adults. A licensed physical therapist in New York, her approach is hands-on and individualized: managing pain, helping patients recover from injuries and surgery, improving mobility and making activities of daily living easier, so each patient regains strength, restores function and enjoys a better quality of life.

Dr. Cyrus earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (University of the City of Manila) and began his career as an Assistant Clinical Supervisor at Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center for two years. A licensed physical therapist in New York, he went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Dominican University in Orangeburg, NY. He brings a diverse background in orthopedic, geriatric and neurological rehabilitation, and builds individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to relieve pain, restore strength and range of motion, improve functional mobility and help patients gain independence in daily activities.

Aimee earned her BS in Physical Therapy from the University of Baguio and gained outpatient experience in New York with post-operative and pelvic floor patients. Janneth trained in physical dysfunction at Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center and in pediatric occupational therapy at the Philippine Children's Medical Center. She later practiced at the NORFIL Foundation and Southern Philippines Medical Center, and now treats patients of all ages.

Sheila earned her BS in Occupational Therapy from Velez College. Her experience spans geriatric care, hospital rehabilitation, special education for children with cerebral palsy, autism and Down syndrome, and adult and pediatric psychosocial therapy.

Priya earned her MS in Speech-Language Pathology from Seton Hall University and her BS in Speech and Hearing from the All India Institute of Speech and Hearing. She holds ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence and has been part of the Holsman team since 2013. Before joining Holsman, she provided speech and swallowing therapy in long-term acute care hospitals and skilled nursing facilities with Select Medical, including care for patients with tracheostomies and on ventilators.

She treats adults with cognitive-communication, voice, and fluency disorders after stroke, Parkinson's disease, dementia, and other neurological conditions, and children with speech and language delays, stuttering, and motor speech disorders. She also speaks several South Indian languages.
