Speech- Language Pathologist (Speech Therapist)
Leah earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with minors in Linguistics and Cognitive Science from Rutgers University. She also holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders from Montclair State University. She is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for the state of New Jersey, viagra buy and holds membership and a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA).
She is experienced in treating clients across the lifespan with a wide range of impairments, including but not limited to articulation disorders and language delays in children, as well as aphasia (language loss), cognitive changes (memory & reasoning skills), apraxia and dysarthria (oral-motor disorders), and dysphagia (trouble swallowing) in adults due to surgery, cancer, stroke, or neurological disease.
In her spare time, Leah enjoys reading, art, singing, and a newly discovered love of salsa dancing. Other than English, she is also proficient in Russian and Spanish. Leah is passionate about her work and is excited to be a part of the Holsman therapy team.
Priyadarsini Kumarasamy
Speech- Language Pathologist (Speech Therapist)
Priyadarsini Kumarasamy or “Priya” has earned her Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology from Seton Hall University, New Jersey. She holds a professional speech language pathologist license in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania along with Certification of Clinical Competence from American Speech and Hearing Association. She has worked in acute and sub-acute clinical settings with over 5 years of experience in treating adults with various speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders. Priya also has experience in treating stuttering and voice disorders. She is dedicated to her work and gains satisfaction in helping people with their communication and assisting them in achieving their goals to reintegrate in the community. During her time off, Priya likes outdoor activities such as biking and hiking and interested in exploring multicultural cuisines.

Hezal Patel, PT, MPT
Physical Therapist
Hezal is a Licensed Physical Therapist for the states of New Jersey and New York. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Utica College, New York and Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Hezal enjoys working with patients of all ages and walks of life, and she has a special interest in pediatric and neuromuscular physical therapy. In addition to her strong research base in orthopedic field, Hezal is passionate about working with infants and children. She has extensive experience with kids, has worked in various school districts in New York City and connects with a wide range of ages. Hezal prides herself on making time for each person and providing an outstanding level of individualized care that is unmatched in the physical therapy world.
Dr. Oliver Francis Rivera, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Oliver earned his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Utica College, New York. He also earned his Master’s degree in Human Movement Science with a major in Exercise Science, as well as Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of the Philippines. He has more than a decade of professional experience in the field of physical therapy in various settings and currently holds a license in the state of New Jersey. In spite of his extensive professional experience, he admits he is excited to participate in next evolution of professional practice resulting from current advances in the art and science of physical therapy. He is looking forward to integrating emerging technologies as well collaborating with other specialists in improving patient outcomes and increasing client satisfaction.  Francis is presently working in the Rahway clinic.
Mark Laureano, PT
Physical Therapist
Mark earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from South Western University. He is a licensed Physical Therapist in both the state of New York and New Jersey with work experience since 1999. He has worked in different clinical settings including Acute Rehabilitation, Sub Acute Care and Outpatient facility and is experienced in treating musculoskeletal and neurological cases with advanced trainings in gait analysis, fall prevention, sports injuries and conditioning, kinesio-taping and Manual therapy/MFR. Mark is also a swimming Instructor on his spare time and started teaching the sport when he was still 14 years old with training in water rescue and diving. He has a talent in making his patients laugh and making them feel at ease and comfortable with therapy. He believes that when patients have fun and enjoy therapy, they will feel better about themselves and leads to faster recovery. Mark is one of our physical therapists in our Clifton clinic.
Dr. Michelle Encabo, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
“Mitch” earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from University of Perpetual and Master Degree in Public Administration at Emilio Aguinaldo College Post Graduate School. He also holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Montana University. He has over 10 years of combined experience in physical therapy practice as well as the academe as faculty and physical therapy instructor. He continuously enriches knowledge of his profession by attending various seminars and continuing education lectures such as Neuroplasticity and Stroke Rehabilitation, Treatment of Shoulder Injuries a Manual Therapy Approach, Bobath Workshop for the Treatment of Movement Disorders and many more.
Occupational Therapists
Beth Querol-Wang, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Beth earned her Bachelors in Occupational Therapy at San Jose State University. She has been practicing as an occupational therapist since 2007 and has been serving in a variety of settings including outpatient, home care, residential long term care and mental health. From 2007-2014, Beth was contracted for the state of New Jersey in Passaic county where she had worked extensively with young adolescents to adults that have mild to severe disabilities ranging from the medically fragile diagnosis to emotional disabilities and Autism/ASD (Autism spectrum disorders).

Ms. Querol-Wang has experience in providing sensory integration based therapy, using Jane Ayres theory of Sensory Integration and Bonnie Hanschu’s Ready Approach. Beth is also certified in Physical Agent Modalities. Beth continues to gain continuing education training to be able to provide evidenced-based practice techniques. Beth is multi-lingual and has fluency in Cebuano, Tagalog and Spanish. She enjoys spending time with her 5 year old daughter and her 8 year old Pomeranian. In her free time, Beth likes to read, go for a run, hiking, catch up on her favorite TV shows, and travel.

Dante V. Henson, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Dante is an Occupational Therapist licensed in New York and New Jersey. He received his Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy in 2000. He started his career in New York State working as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in a sub-acute setting for 2 years until he earned his credential from NBCOT and began to work in a school-based therapy system in New York. He is also registered as an Early Interventionist certified by the New York State Department of Health. He also has extensive experience in pediatrics as well as different clinical settings such as home, out-patient and sub-acute therapy. He received his New Jersey license in 2013 which is when he joined the growing Holsman Physical Therapy family. His vast experience and being proactive member of a team contributes greatly to the success of the company.

Rosie brings extensive quality and excellent experience in customer service to the Holsman Family. She excels in organization and is highly conscientious of her job responsibilities. She has a phenomenal work ethic. She believes that going above and beyond for clients is the key to success. Her interests include contemporary and alternative medicine, yoga, boxing and running.
