She is experienced in treating clients across the lifespan with a wide range of impairments, including but not limited to articulation disorders and language delays in children, as well as aphasia (language loss), cognitive changes (memory & reasoning skills), apraxia and dysarthria (oral-motor disorders), and dysphagia (trouble swallowing) in adults due to surgery, cancer, stroke, or neurological disease.
In her spare time, Leah enjoys reading, art, singing, and a newly discovered love of salsa dancing. Other than English, she is also proficient in Russian and Spanish. Leah is passionate about her work and is excited to be a part of the Holsman therapy team.
Ms. Querol-Wang has experience in providing sensory integration based therapy, using Jane Ayres theory of Sensory Integration and Bonnie Hanschu’s Ready Approach. Beth is also certified in Physical Agent Modalities. Beth continues to gain continuing education training to be able to provide evidenced-based practice techniques. Beth is multi-lingual and has fluency in Cebuano, Tagalog and Spanish. She enjoys spending time with her 5 year old daughter and her 8 year old Pomeranian. In her free time, Beth likes to read, go for a run, hiking, catch up on her favorite TV shows, and travel.
